So..... what are you watching at the moment?

Something on the telly right now?

A DVD box set you're slowly ploughing your way through?

Any new films you're dying to see?

I've been watching a tv series, In Treatment...

I'm avoiding revision for my degree by going though 24 season 2. Shouldn't have started it it's amazingly addictive. At least there isn't any cliffhangers between seasons unless Buffy the Vampire Slayer which I watched all of over christmas.

Season Two of "24" is great - you working through all six seasons? smile.gif

Buffy is one of the greatest series ever - bet that was one hell of a Christmas... Did you slot in the spin-off Angel series too? wink.gif

Yeh I finished Angel a few weeks ago. I thought overall it was stronger than buffy as it didn't go down in quality like the last 2 seasons of buffy. Not really Josh Whedons fault as he had Buffy Season 7, Angel Season 4 and Firefly all in one year. I am working my way though all the 24s but I'm going to try and take a break after season 3 which tricked me into watching it with the bio attack on palmer. Wasn't expecting a cliffhanger:(

Series 3 has an awesome ending scene - and it's not a cliffhanger, promise! wink.gif

Well I got distracted by battlestar galactica. Its £30 on amazon for seasons 1-4. That doesnt include the 10 episodes that just finished airing but still a good deal. Plus the show is fraking awesome

Ain't it just!!?? What a stunning series. I remember being blown away quite literally by the 3 hour mini-series back in 2003 and then enduring an agonising wait of a few months before getting confirmation that there was actually going to be a series that followed it up!! When that first episode of the proper series finally aired (in the UK, not in the US) a year later it was one of the best hours of my life... smile.gif

Well I do watch far too much TV and over the past year I've built up a backlog so got all of X-Files, Alias and Babylon 5 to watch as well as 24! You seem to have pretty mcuh identical taste in TV to me...

I have the complete sex of B5 DVDs - all five seasons, all six films, the Crusade box-set, and I'm collecting the Lost Tales DVDs as they come out. Complete B5 fanatic here - I know all the good quotes off by heart. At some point I intend to have a B5 marathon - watch the entire thing, start to finish, including all the films and spin-offs, in internal chronological order. It should take about a week blink.gif but it'll be fun!
I can only conclude that I'm paying off karma at a vastly accelerated rate.

I was tempted to do that with Star Trek once but then I worked out it would take 3 weeks with no sleep breaks....
I just bought the complete collection of B5 off amazon which has all 5 seasons the tv movies legend of the rangers the lost tales and crusade for £58. I wont beable to watch it for a month of so but amazon are always changing their prices so seemed like a good time to buy it.

Dust: you should definitely try and get around to watching it.

The first time I watched it, I wasn't overly fussed, but when I watched it again (when I was a bit older), it was amazing.

And hurray for 3-for-£20 sales!

Lost in translation is awesome but I preferred the virgin suicides also by Sofia Coppola.
